## Description

A component designed to turn your Bolder site into an advanced marketplace in a few steps. It's an easy-to-use platform where you can manage your supplier companies, and they can create and manage their product and order information.

## Sign in as an administrator

Unlike the admin panel of your Bolder site, the Suppliers panel is much simpler, since its use is strictly tied to the permissions and access you create for suppliers. **All other management is done as usual in the Bolder panel.**

### Steps to create suppliers

When you sign in as an administrator to [Bolder Suppliers](https://providers.onbolder.com/providers/) you will see the following overview, which lists the information of your suppliers as you create them.

1.  From the panel, use the **CREATE NEW** button to create the supplier company

-   **Status:** Whether the company is allowed to operate on your Bolder site. Active/Inactive
-   **Name:** Name of the company. This name will be visible in the store, so we recommend using the real name with no spelling mistakes.

Save the data by clicking the **Add** button.

2.  Once the supplier company is created, you need to create access for the users who are part of that company. Follow the link on the company name and you can enable the users each supplier needs by clicking the **Create new** button.

These are the required fields to create each user:

-   **Status:** Active/Suspended
-   **Name:** Name of the user
-   **Email:** Email of the user
-   **Password** (you must create a password the supplier will use to sign in to the platform. You are the one who gives them this access)
    
    **Confirm password**
    

Once you have each supplier company created with its users, you can open the details of each one to edit its status or correct information you saved earlier.

  

## Sign in as a supplier

Each supplier company must sign in to [Bolder Suppliers](https://providers.onbolder.com/providers/)  with the credentials given by the store/marketplace administrator.

From this view they can create brands, create and manage products, and see an overview of the orders placed in the store that include the supplier's own products.

### Steps to create products

1.  To create products and manage orders from the platform, the first step is to create the brands.
    
    If the products are sold under the supplier's own brand, you can create just that name. Otherwise, you can add all the brands of the products that will be sold.

2.  Once the brand is created, you can start creating products.
    
    Each product must have complete, detailed information to be shown in the store, following the standards defined by the store/marketplace administrator.
    

-   **Product type:** Choose the product type the product will be classified under. The store/marketplace administrator must have created it beforehand.
-   **Brand:** Here you can use the brands you created in step 1.
-   **Product name or model**: Name of the product
-   **Regular price:** Selling price
-   **Sale price:** Optional field. If it is set, this value replaces the regular price.
-   **Weight in g:** Weight of the product
-   **SKU:** Unique identifier. Agree beforehand on whether a specific SKU will be assigned.
-   **Stock:** Number of units
-   **Description:** Detailed information about the product

3.  Once the product is created, add its images.
    
    We recommend stating how many images each product should have and their dimensions, so they follow the general look of the store.
    

> **Warning**
>
> **Once the product is created in** [**Bolder Suppliers**](https://providers.onbolder.com/providers/)**, the administrator must approve the publication of the products from the** [**Bolder panel**](https://panel.onbolder.com/admin).
>
> Products will automatically appear in the products section with the status **Not visible**. To approve their publication, check the product and change its status.

### Order review

In this section the supplier can review the products that were included in an order in the store, check the status of the order, and download the list as a .csv file for easier management.
