## A quick look at the current state of your ecommerce

When you open the admin panel you get direct access to the main browsing and sales metrics for your store, available in the Home section. This space is designed to give you a quick, clear reading of your ecommerce performance without having to explore multiple sections.

Understanding how your sales, visits and customers behave is key to making informed decisions. The Home section brings that information together in one place, updated for the period you choose.

### Choosing the review period

At the top of the Home section you will find a period selector that lets you set the time range you want to analyze.

All the metrics and charts in the Home section update automatically when you change the selected period.

The available options are:

- **Last 7 days** — ideal for reviewing the current week's performance or recent campaigns.
- **Last 30 days** — the default option. It gives a monthly view of how your store is doing.
- **Last 90 days** — useful for spotting long-term trends and comparing wider periods.

## Main metrics

At the top of the dashboard you will find four key indicators that summarize your store's performance in the selected period. Each one includes its percentage change compared with the previous period, so you can see your progress at a glance.

### Successful orders

Shows the total number of orders completed successfully during the selected period, along with its percentage change from the previous period. This indicator lets you track the volume of completed sales and spot drops or spikes in activity in time.

### Sales

Shows the total amount generated by sales in the period. It includes the percentage change from the previous period, which makes it easy to see whether your revenue is growing or shrinking.

### Units per order

Shows how many units were sold on average per order. This figure is useful for understanding how your customers shop.

### Visits

Shows the number of people who visited your store during the selected period, with its change from the previous period. It helps you measure the reach of your marketing efforts and identify periods with more traffic.

## Charts and visualizations

Besides the numeric indicators, the Home section shows a series of charts that let you analyze your store's behavior in more depth. Below we explain what each one shows and how to read it.

### Traffic

Shows the visits recorded per day during the selected period. Unlike the visits indicator, which gives a single total, this chart lets you spot patterns: which days of the month had the most traffic, whether there are recurring drops, or whether certain campaigns caused spikes in visits.

Compare traffic behavior with your marketing actions to see which initiatives have the biggest impact on your ecommerce.

### Successful orders

Shows visually how completed orders evolved over the period. It lets you identify activity peaks, seasonality and buying patterns that can be key for planning sales strategies, managing stock and anticipating demand.

### Average order value

Shows how much your customers spend on average per order, with its daily change during the period. A rising average order value can indicate that upselling strategies are working or that promotions aimed at increasing cart value are effective.

### Conversion

Shows the relationship between the number of visitors and the number of completed purchases, along with the average conversion rate for the period. It is a direct indicator of how effective your store is at turning traffic into customers.

### New customers

This indicator shows the number of new customers registered in your database during the selected period. It counts both people making their first purchase and those who sign up through forms in your store.

It is a key metric for evaluating the reach of your acquisition campaigns and understanding how well your store is attracting new customers.

## Product and promotion analysis

Complementing the charts, the Home section includes two analysis panels that help you understand what is working in your store.

### Top-selling products

Shows a list of the products with the highest sales volume during the selected period. This is useful for learning your customers' preferences, prioritizing inventory restocking and focusing your marketing efforts on your best-performing items.

### Most-used promotions

Shows the promotions your customers used the most during the review period. When you click any of them, you go straight to its settings, so you can adjust, extend or turn it off right away.
