Failed payment for my Bolder subscription

The monthly payment for your Bolder plan is charged to your credit card, and this charge is handled by WorldPay, a company headquartered in the United Kingdom.

When you subscribe to one of our plans, that same day of the month is saved for the next charge attempt.

First attempt

If for some reason (limit, block, expiry) the charge can’t be made on the scheduled day of the month, our system will wait 5 days before making the 2nd charge attempt.

Second attempt

If that also fails, it will wait five more days before making the third charge attempt.

Third attempt

If this last attempt fails, the account will be disabled.

In short: if the first charge attempt fails on Monday, you have until Thursday (10 days) to sort out your credit card; otherwise you will lose access to your control panel.

What does “disabled account” mean?

It means you won’t be able to access anything in your admin panel except the option to re-enable the account by making a manual payment attempt.

If the account is disabled, are my products deleted?

No.

If the account is disabled, is the store visible to the public?

Yes. The store stays visible and operational. But as the store owner, you can’t manage it.
